Eeee!!  :D  !   This video is awesome - very short but sweet, at first you're all, "Awww, cute little white bunny..." and THEN -- Hee!!  Her little orange and white brother bun shows up, all excited, with alert tiny ears and all!  :D   So small!!  Love it.  :)

"Hiya, Mom!!  Whatcha doin'?  Reading?  Oh, okay.  *mini-pause*  Okay, can we play now instead?!  ...Oh, you can finish the sentence you're reading...  *fraction-of-a-pause*  Now, Mom?!  Please??  [hops excitedly]  How 'bout now??" 

Hehe, what a cutie!!  This is Tabatha the bun, or Tabby.  :)  Her people found her when she was trying to cross a busy intersection -- using the crosswalk!  Smart bun  ;)   

Thank you, Kathy, for the absolutely adorable photo!  Tabby is just gorgeous, head tilt and all -- she is so lucky to have crossed the right street and found you when she did!  Many happy bunny memories to you and your husband.  :) 

Dancing Queen

[Bun strikes a pose, moves slowly with the opening music, until... the music gets louder and louder and faster, and..!!]

[CRAZY SPASTIC BREAKDANCING MOVES!!!]

[WHIRLING AROUND, SHE'S A MANIAC, WAAAAH!!]

*CRASH!!*  *THUD!*  *SHATTER!*

*scamper!*
"Uhhh... Doo-do-doo, nothing to see here...!"  [hops off quickly]

At dinner:
"Mmmm... *munch munch*  Oh, uh, that mess?  It's not so bad -- I mean, um -- that's bizarre... I can't imagine who ever could have done that, can you?  ...Elves, maybe??  ...*crunch munch*  Oh, my dance routine?  Yup, that went fine, just fine... *crunch*..."

:P  Thanks, Christian, for the awesome photos of Pepper!  She looks like quite the entertaining roommate.  :)   And I'm pretty sure she's got some serious moves.  Serious. 

A Very Bunny Sequel!

Remember these guys?  Well, they're back, in "A Very Bunny Sequel"!  :)    Another very cute video... be patient because it's a little mellow at first, but then it gets awesome  :D 

...And, I don't know if I'm reading too much into this ?  But it seems to me that the whole story gets very emotional towards the end!  :P   Poor white bunny!!  (heh, I'm sure he's fine, but the video editing does make it all very scandalous and betraying!)

Bedtime Buddies

Bunny: "Good night, Teddy, sleep tight!  Don't let the bed bugs bite!"
Teddy: *whisper-whisper*
Bunny: "I love you too, Teddy!  I hope you dream of honey jars and blackberries!  goodnight..."  *zzzz...*

Awww :P  even bunnies need teddy bears! 

This supersoft-looking bun is named Fun Bun, hehe :)  and is up for adoption with the Heartland Rabbit Rescue in Oklahoma!  Apparently, Fun Bun is always in pursuit of a good time :)  (cited hobbies include: "party planning, socializing")  :D  Awesome.  Read more about Fun Bun (and a bunch of other buns) here!  Party on, Fun Bun, party on.  ;)

Hop Aboard... the Carrot Cab!

Little black and white bun, in a high-pitched voice: "Oh, 'ello suh, I was 'eaded to the produce mahket, could you give me a lift then?"  [hops up onto the taxi bunny]

Gray taxi bunny: "No problem, I wuz headin' that way muhself, I wuz... hold on tight, now..."  [hops slowly away in the pursuit of vegetables]

Hee, aren't these two an adorable pair?  :)  They're Elijah and Patches, and they're both up for adoption through the Colorado House Rabbit Society!  Apparently, Elijah (the bigger bun) was rescued and upon his arrival at the shelter, little Patches hopped over the barrier to Elijah's area, and they've been inseparable since.  :D  You can read more about them and other wonderful buns here! 

It's a Nibble-Off!

Heh heh, so cute : )  Can't get enough bunny nibbling.  The black and white one is the clear winner.  He's the Kobayashi of the bunny world :P

Let's start this one off with a classy black and white photo, shall we?  ...of the CUTEST BUNNY FAMILY IN THE WORLD, EVER??!! 

:D  AwwwWWW!!  This pic makes me feel all warm and cozy... the baby buns are soo insanely adorable!!  (I especially love the one squeezed in second from the left, whose ear is sticking out off to the side, hee :D  )  And the mom looks like a sweetie. :) 

I seem to have lost the photo credit :(  (help, anyone?) but what an amazing shot!  ...Okay, now you all need to go officially start your weekend by finding a bun to snuggle with.  Hop to it!  ;)

Bunny Stepmom adopts baby kittens!!!  SOOOOOO CUTE!!! 

Haha, I LOVE the very tolerant but bewildered face on the new bunny mom.  :D  Those kittens look like a hand (er, paw)ful!  :P 

Okay, so this is sort of "old news" now (from late November), but I just stumbled upon this awesome article on wayodd.com, a blog about unusual news... I also found a post about the same story on the Hopper Home blog, a rescue we've featured bunnies from before -- Apparently, a veterinary nurse in Scotland took home six kittens to care for, thinking that her own cat would be a surrogate mother for them... but instead, the kittens ended up adopting her pet bunny Summer as a stepmom instead!!   Hee!!  SO adorable!!  It looks like Summer is a pretty patient mom!  :D  (For more reading, here's a BBC article on the adoption.)   So warm and fuzzy!  :D
