According to sender-inner Wendi, this is Katmandu, who is currently living at the Brambley Hedge Rabbit Rescue in AZ, and who 'really enjoyed her carrot yesterday'! :P Lol, very cute. ;) You can read more about Katmandu, who's adoptable, here!

Carrots do seem to have a habit of getting everywhere. Don't feel bad.Deb says I need a bib, too, Katmandu!
