I love animal adoption stories...especially when its the animals doing the adopting :) I'm always amazed, but no longer surprised, when it's an inter-species adoption. First time I ever heard of a bird adopting a fuzzy was this story about a crow adopting a kitten. Yes, you read that right! A crow adopting a kitten; who would have thought? I was blown away. Convinced I'd seen proof of divine providence.
Now this story about a one legged pigeon named Noah adopting 3 tiny bunlets (victims of a dog attack no less!). It's no coincidence. There's no doubt about it. Birds have mastered the concept of cute! Behold the rest of the evidence :)
oh : o
Eeeee :)
Soo cute! Makes me want to adopt more. But we have our hands full. Just going to have to snuggle Confucius that much more intensely I suppose ;)

eeeee :) :)

It's amazing to me, how different species of animals bond more than some humans can ever bond~ They are very sentient creatures, with emotions and feelings that a lot of people don't begin to understand~
