Count Ferdinand Lopp of Kensington, recently single again and therefore the most eligible bachelor in town. Partygoers say he spent the entire evening referring to everyone else as 'mateys,' pretending to feed his stuffed parrot mixed nuts, and winking at Ms. Parsleyton.
