Introducing Bebe. She doesn't let a case of splay leg slow down her busy schedule of snuggling, frolicking and nuzzling. Bebe gets around with the help of some wheels designed by a company called Doggon Wheels. Read more about Bebe here. Good luck little Bebe! You have some really caring parents :)
