"Each year we make a few extra carrots by cleaning up the hay used for the local mangers and cresh scenes. Only takes us an hour or two to nibble through most of it."
These two adorable buns are Lilly and Harvey. They're up for adoption with the Catskill Animal Sanctuary in Saugerties, NY. Read more about them on their Petfinder page here. Good luck buns! Hope you're adopted soon!! :D
"Whew! Okay, now that the store is finally closed to people, we need to get out here and do some shopping for the other bunnies, stat! So here's the agenda, human: you need to run me into the toy section so we can get at least two for everyone, and then we gotta put together a tree so we have something to put them under! Let's move!!"
[20 minutes later]
*Bing !* (Christmas tree-lighting sound) "Mission accomplished. ...Time for nog."
:) This adorable guy is Frisky, and he's up for adoption with the Bunny World Foundation of Los Angeles, CA. You can read more about him on his Petfinder page here... good luck, Frisky! Hope you are enjoying Christmas, and find a new home for the new year ! :)
... And a very MerryChristmas to all who celebrate! :D
"No question, this is the one gift I want to open for Christmas Eve. ...Sooo, I realize that it only has a ribbon around the middle, so there isn't much unwrapping to do, but it's clearly the snuggliest option! I have already made plans for later tonight that involve eggnog, a fire, the movie 'Elf,' and this blanket. Feel free to join."
:D Thanks, Susan, for the totally adorable photo of Pippin! That really does look like a nice throw, too! :)
"This year I decided to go out and get my own tree like my ancestors used to. So I snuck up to the tree in the living room and chewed off the bottom branch, then wrapped it in this blanket. If that doesn't show Santa Paws initiative I don't know what will!"
Thanks Rhonda for the super pic of Sunny Bunny. Such a festive little bunlet!! :D
